- Commercial real estate type properties listed above, financing of up to 95% can be addressed including acquisition, development and construction. The up to 95% financing includes secured debt financing and equity participation capitalization; minimum $1 million and no maximum.

(2) Pre-qualification determination process; project is reviewed and evaluated resulting in action to continue process
(3) Lender/Investor conceptual interest is obtained along with projected terms; proposal furnished
(4) Consultant Services Authorization and Fee Agreement is issued; subsequently, upon execution, when applicable, lender/investor Letter of Interest is issued or Form of Term Sheet Agreement is issued
(5) Document checklist of typically requested data is prepared and furnished to client
(6) Analysis of all documents, preparation and packaging of the data for submission to designated lender/investor; formal due-diligence commences.
